How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, recommend vehicles, prepare quotations, confirm and operate bookings, contact passengers, process payments, address complaints and maintain business or legal records.

We may use booking history to improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and website forms

The website forms prepare a message and open WhatsApp. Information sent through WhatsApp is also handled under WhatsApp privacy practices. Phone and email communications are handled by their respective providers.

The website currently does not create customer accounts or store form submissions in its own database before opening WhatsApp.

When information may be shared

We may share information reasonably needed with assigned drivers, vehicle operators, travel suppliers, payment providers or authorities. Sharing may also occur when required by law, for safety, to prevent fraud or to protect legal rights.

Independent services such as WhatsApp, email providers, hosting and Google Fonts may process technical or communication data under their own policies.
